The dinosaurs and Thomas roared into the clearing where Ben was trapped. The triceratops lowered his three-horned head and charged at the plant. The stegosaur lashed the plant with her spiky tail. At last the Dreaded Octopus Plant let go of Ben and he fell to the ground with a crash.
   "Thank you," said Ben, when he had got his breath back.
   "These are my friends," said Thomas.
   "How do you do?" said Ben.
